DISH NETWORK
For help with your Dish Network television service please contact Dish directly at 800-454-0843 – press 1 for an existing customer – then press 2 as a customer who does not have an account number.

  • If you are having problems with your television service or existing equipment, inform the representative that you reside in Bear Hollow Village and give them the R00 number on the back of your receiver – with this information the representative should be able to assist you with troubleshooting the problem.
  • If you would like to purchase additional receivers or programming, inform the representative that you reside in Bear Hollow Village and need to set up a new 1600 account.
